Our team has extensive experience in recruiting and placing HGV and non-HGV drivers on either a temporary or permanent basis. We work closely with our clients in order to provide a seamless, consistent and quality client-focused service.
Ethical Recruitment operate 365 days of the year and provide a 24 hour contact number for those unavoidable, last minute emergencies. If you are looking for a Driving Agency to help out with holidays, sickness, peak period demand or to add flexibility to your workforce, our team will assist in sourcing the right candidate to match your requirements. Our high level of commitment asserts us a reputable Driver Agency; not only with our existing client base but also to new clients uncertain of which agency to trust with their staffing requirements.
All candidates are interviewed face to face and are asked to complete a comprehensive driver registration pack. Copies of ID and eligibility to work are taken and at the point of interview a DVLA check is undertaken. Licence checks are performed quarterly to ensure that drivers are fully compliant at all times.
At Ethical Recruitment we firmly believe that honesty is the best policy. If we do not have the "right" candidate for a client we would rather say "no" and miss out on a placement than damage a long-term relationship with an existing client or a potential relationship with a new client by placing a driver who is unsuitable for the vacancy.
With the uncertainty of today’s traffic, many drivers are finding themselves running out of time on the way back to the depot. Many transport companies cannot financially support the lost revenue involved in having a ‘stranded’ vehicle and driver out overnight as a vehicle needs to be run 24/7 to make it cost effective. Ethical Recruitment goes above and beyond most driver agencies by providing a "Driver Rescue Service" to many of its clients. (Additional charges apply). A professional Class 1 Driver and additional car driver can be supplied at very short notice to relieve your driver and have both driver vehicle returned safely to depot.
